GOOGLE CALENDAR INTEGRATION

AmanERP Calendar

Bring selected Google calendars into your personal operating workspace.

AmanERP Calendar lets you view selected Google calendars alongside your AmanERP work and, only when you choose, sync app-managed events to a dedicated secondary calendar. It does not request access to edit every calendar in your account.

Available to authorized AmanERP users during founding access

What the connection does

The integration is designed around a narrow, user-controlled permission model.

Read selected schedules

List calendars available to the connected account and read events from the calendars you select so they can be displayed and synchronized in AmanERP.

Write only to an app-created calendar

A separate permission is requested only when you use a write-capable action. It allows AmanERP to create a secondary calendar and manage events in that calendar, not across all your calendars.

Stay in control

Choose calendars, grant incremental write access only when needed, remove provider copies independently, disconnect inside AmanERP, or revoke access from your Google Account.

Bounded data handling

Credentials are encrypted, access is tenant-scoped, provider calls are audited without event content, and disconnected mirror data follows a documented cleanup window.

Permissions requested

AmanERP requests only the scopes required by the Calendar functions you use.

When you first connect

  • OpenID identity — confirms which Google account completed the authorization; it is not used to sign you in to AmanERP.
  • Calendar list, read-only — lists calendars available to the connected account so you can select sources.
  • Calendar events, read-only — reads events from selected calendars for display and synchronization.

Only when you enable write-back

App-created calendar access — creates and manages events only in the secondary Google calendar created by AmanERP.

AmanERP does not request the broader permission to edit events on all of your calendars.
