Aman (अमन) means peace.
We're building the calm in the chaos of business operations.
Every business owner knows the anxiety
Every business owner knows the anxiety of not knowing where things stand — unpaid invoices hiding in spreadsheets, employee data scattered across systems, inventory counts that don't match reality. The phone rings with another fire to put out. The quarter ends with surprises nobody wanted.
We started AmanERP to eliminate that anxiety. Not with another tool that adds to the noise, but with a system designed to bring genuine peace of mind. A single source of truth for your entire operation.
The Golden Rule of software design
"Of course, this is how I expected it to work."
That's our design test. Every screen, every workflow, every button placement is evaluated against this single standard. If a user has to think about how to do something, we've failed.
Invisible complexity
66 planned engines designed to work behind the scenes. You see a simple invoice form. Behind it: tax calculations, inventory adjustments, ledger entries, and audit trail updates — all happening invisibly.
Designed for zero-training usability
If your software needs a training manual, the software is broken. AmanERP is designed to be understood on first use.
Progressive disclosure
Start simple. Discover depth when you need it. The accountant's view is different from the warehouse manager's — and both are exactly right.
One system, not 45 acquisitions
Most enterprise software is a patchwork — acquired products stitched together with APIs and prayers. Different UIs, different data models, different support teams.
AmanERP is being built differently. One codebase. One data model. One design language. 66 planned engines — from invoicing to HR to inventory to CRM — all designed to be integrated from day one. Not because integration is a feature, but because fragmentation is the disease we're curing.
Finance · Inventory · CRM · HR · Procurement · Quality · Projects · Payroll · Compliance · Analytics — and more. Each one designed from the ground up to work as part of a unified whole.

15+ years building enterprise-scale platforms across healthcare, e-commerce, and EdTech. Previously MongoDB Consulting Architect — designed data architectures for Disney, Oxford Nanopore, ResMed, and Kaufland. Led StockX's i18n platform overhaul. At BYJU's, stabilized the WhiteHat Jr platform and built 2 products serving millions of students. Co-founded Kenshi Labs, where he architected and launched SME Pulse and SmartSME — ERP platforms for Indian MSMEs.
I've spent my career watching businesses struggle with software that was never designed for how they actually work. ERPs that take a year to implement. Tools that don't talk to each other. Interfaces that need a training manual. AmanERP is the system I wish existed for every business I've worked with.
