About AmanERP
What is AmanERP?
An ERP: sales, purchasing, stock, finance and people, in one system, for companies of 10 to 500.
Is it only for India?
No. Founded in India, built for companies anywhere. Local tax rules are planned country by country.
Can I use it now?
Not to run your business yet. The platform is built; the modules come next. Early access lets you try each one as it lands.
Where does AI fit?
Agents will match payments, read supplier invoices, suggest reorders and prepare month-end checklists. They only draft; a person approves. None has shipped yet.
Will you train AI on my data?
No. We will never train AI models on your data, and it will only see what its user may see.
What will it cost?
Nothing during early access. Later, plans cover team size and include the whole product; accountants stay free. Prices come before anyone pays.
The product
What works today?
Passwordless sign-in; companies, branches, roles and permissions; an append-only activity log; notes, tasks and calendar; recovering deleted items; and 11 interface languages. Accountant and auditor access, two-step sign-in everywhere and documents are in build. Everything else is planned.
Which parts will AmanERP have?
Sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, projects and people are planned. Accountant access is in build. Workspace, with notes, tasks and calendar, is built.
Will it flood me with alerts?
No wall of alerts. It holds the noise and shows only what needs you. This is built.
What happens when someone makes a mistake?
Posted entries stay. Corrections are new entries; history always adds up. This is planned, with the finance module.
Your data
Is my data safe?
Each company's records are walled off from every other, in the database. Every request is checked and logged. The log can't be altered. We rehearse recovery, rebuilding everything from backup.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with a code or an account you have. No passwords to leak. Two-step sign-in everywhere is in build.
Can I take my data out?
Full company export is planned. When it lands, you take everything with you in open formats, any time, with no exit fee.
Where is my data stored?
A choice of data location is planned. Today AmanERP works in our private development environment.
Do you have security certifications?
Not yet. An independent security audit and certification is planned. We don't claim certifications we don't have.
Accountants and branches
Can my accountant work inside?
They review your live books. Free, time-limited, revocable. Accountant access is in build: the API exists, the screens don't yet. Accountants are always free.
Does it handle several branches?
Companies, branches, roles and permissions are built. Consolidation across branches and inter-branch transfers are planned.
Does it handle VAT, GST and local tax?
Finance, invoicing and local tax are planned. Local tax rules are planned country by country.

How do I get early access?
Leave your work email on the home page. Free during early access. No card. We'll email you when your access is ready.
What is founding access?
A small group of companies build AmanERP with us. Limited to 50 founding members. We respond to every application within 48 hours.
Which languages does it come in?
The interface ships in 11 languages. This site is in English, French and Hindi.
